Refund policy

ECC does not accept returns. All items are final sale due to the specific customizations that each sale entails.

Items sent back to us without communication will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

This should not take more than 24 hours after the item is received.
